This contract involved the knocking of an old farmhouse, which needed to be rebuilt keeping it's original character - the end result is a beautiful family home, with a modern internal finish and quaint external farmhouse feel.
The building contract spanned 11 months and included:
demolition & site preparation
complete build as per plans (see gallery above)
champagne k-rend plaster with reconsitute granite features
natural slate roof with solar panels & external stone finishes
cedar cladding & zinc cladded dormer
natural stone fireplace
cathedral ceiling & exposed timber collars
oak interior finish; including stairs, flooring & doors
